Ladies & Gentlemen! Who's ready for our next wedding fair? September 10th 2023 is set to be our biggest and most exciting wedding open day... It's called The 10th and that's a very special name as we celebrate 10 incredible years of weddings here at Elmore Court! So we have to go big right?

If you are already planning your wedding at Elmore Court there's no need to book ahead, just rock up on the day, show your friends and loved ones around and make yourselves at home!

Let's take a tour
For those of you who have only just stumbled across our wedding venue, are keen to visit to find out if it's the one for you, and are looking for a date in 2025 (we are fully booked until then!)
The best plan is to have a private tour of the house with Team E where you can find out exactly how we do things here and what makes our wedding venue so unusual.

For you lucky lot who are already booked, or have already celebrated your wedding with us, members of Team E will also be on hand and hanging out in the Gillyflower for hugs, wedding planning questions and all the other important bits and bobs.
Tour the trees
If you were lucky enough to attend our wedding fair in March you may have looked around one of the gorgeous treehouses...we're happy to announce they're now finished and wow, they look beautiful! If you're wanting to see what other accommodation options are available or have been wanting to book one for a while...now's your chance!
We will be welcoming you with open arms! So head on down, have a wonder and immerse yourself in our rewilding project.
Music
What would an Elmore open day be without some brilliant musicians? We're going all out for this special fair! Here's the full lineup!
Vocal Works Gospel Choir
VWGC are a super fun bunch! Their repertoire is a crossover of gospel with other genres of soulful and uplifting music including pop, soul, rock, Motown & RnB. Their regular performances include concerts, weddings, festivals and corporate events – where the choir inspire their audiences with their high-energy presentation and amazing soloists.
Nero String Quartet
Whole bridal parties have been brought to tears by their soundscapes, if that's not enough of a reason to keep inviting them back then we're not sure what is!
Our brilliant friends Nero strings will be back with their take on all the string quartet classics and latest bangers too of course.
Danger Goat
Danger Goat will be bringing the parrrttyyy! Channelling the folkloric energy of their namesake, Danger Goat are a high-energy music group where improvisation meets storytelling and groove.
Heavy Beat Brass Band
Heavy Beat Brass Band are the UK's most authentic New Orleans-style brass band. They'll be getting you off your feet and dancing all day! Creating Mardi Gras music the way it's meant to be played.
The Curious Little Big Band
Fabulously fun, The Curious LITTLE Big Band will get the party started from the get-go. Eclectic, theatrical, and entirely unforgettable, the band brings a diverse and crowd-winning playlist to get absolutely everybody on the dance floor.
Wedding Styling & Decor
The house and Gillyflower will be beautifully styled and looking wedding ready. We're taking all the trending colours and styles and bringing them to life! From decor to furniture and all the talented suppliers on hand to talk through your wedding plans and lend their wisdom.

Amber Persia
We are very pleased to announce the incredibly talented and lovely mother and daughter team Amber Persia will be back and filling the Main Hall with an explosion of colourful florals to inspire and delight you.
The Bespoke Flower Co
The wonderful Bespoke Flower Co! With years of experience working on hundreds of weddings across The Cotswolds, expect to feel inspired by their floral selection and design!
Dot & The Dandelion
Flicky of Dot and the Dandelion will be transforming The Gillyflower this year with her beautiful florals! Colour, texture and shape are always the focus of her floral designs.
Emerald Paper Design
The brilliant and multi talented Emma of Emerald Paper Design has, of course, stunned us once again with her gorgeous design for "The 10th" Taking the colourful inspiration and bringing the design to life. You will also get a copy to take home on the day with a handy map on the back to help you find your way around.
Emma will join us on the day with a selection of her designs and a paintbrush in hand- be sure to catch her at work, it's always mesmerising.
Urban Frame
The wonderful Lauren! Urban Frame uses tactile materials with inks and paints to create bespoke and personal stationery for your wedding or event.
Furniture On The Move
Stylish furniture for weddings isn't always easy to find, luckily we have the fabulous Furniture on The Move joining us at our September wedding fair... Their gorgeous sofas and cool coffee tables add the perfect touch of cosiness to weddings here, and make a great chill out area for those little breaks between dancing!
Food & Drink
An essential of course!!
Cocktails on arrival are our favourite tradition at our open days! We create a signature cocktail from scratch for each and every wedding fair using sustainable and delicious ingredients. Check out our September creation below!
Canapes will be whizzing out of the Elmore kitchens all day, a delicious selection of our latest sweet and savoury treats to give you a taste of how good our chefs really are...
You do have to be quick to grab them as the boards tend to be emptied within minutes...
As well as our own freshly prepared food and drink we also have some brilliant and fun festival-style food stalls and vans joining us in the Gillyflower meadow...
Wholly Gelato
Leave room for pudding. Wholly gelato (our free range dairy farming neighbours who also happen to make award-winning artisan gelato!) will be serving up scoops of delight from their little ice cream stand...
Marvellous Medicine
Marvellous medicine make the most mouth-watering stone-baked pizza from their cute little truck. You won't go hungry with them around!
Soul Fries
Back by popular demand with their delicious festival inspired moorish loaded fries, Soul Fries are not to be skimped on!
Vanilla Pod Bakery & Cotswold Cake Kitchen
If that's not enough to leave you bursting at the seams, we will also have 2 very talented bakers joining us! Vanilla Pod Bakery & Cotswold Cake Kitchen, they will be showcasing their beautiful designs and handing out samples.
Our very own sommelier!
Andy C and Leesa! Our very own brilliant sommeliers will be on hand sharing their wine wisdom and pouring generous tasters for you to choose exactly the right tipple for your wedding menu...
If you find something you just can't part with, fear not, there will be bottles to take away too.
Photography & Videography
We have some of the wedding industry's finest photographers joining us this September, from moody shots to fun and candid documentary style they have it covered.
The brilliant Gary Nunn, Tom Durn, Mrs Mashup & Ana Parker are ready and raring to join us.
They'll be snapping away on the day (so you might even find you have a lovely memory of your visit on our journal afterwards too) but don't be shy, they are super friendly and would love to chat to you about your wedding photos and answer any questions you have on booking the best photographer for your big day...
